Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective October 6, 2026 · Axiom Strategies LLC, doing business as InsuranceONE

What this covers

If you submit your information through our forms, we may provide it — including for compensation — to licensed insurance professionals or partner organizations so they can contact you about coverage, as described in our Privacy Policy. Under California law (and similar laws in some other states), that can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to tell us not to do that, and this page is how. It also covers the visit and form-submission information our advertising tags send to Meta and, if we add it, Google, which California law can treat as "sharing" for advertising.

How to opt out

Email or the form below: use whichever suits you. You do not need an account, and you do not have to explain why.

Email: support@insuranceonequotes.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". Include the name and phone number you used on our form so we can find your record.

tell us you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.

This browser: to stop our advertising tags loading in this browser straight away, use this button. Email and phone opt-outs cover the sale or sharing of your information, but stopping the tags works only in the browser where the button is used.

What happens next

  1. We confirm we received your request within 10 business days.
  2. We stop selling or sharing your personal information, and we notify anyone we provided it to in the preceding period, asking them to do the same.
  3. We complete the request within 15 business days and keep a record of it.

The advertising-tag button above takes effect immediately in that browser.

Opting out does not delete your information or revoke consent to be contacted by us — those are separate rights, and you can exercise them too. To request deletion, or to revoke consent to be contacted, use the same email or the form and say so; the full list of your privacy rights is in our Privacy Policy.

Browser signals

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it as an opt-out of sale or sharing to the extent it applies to our processing. We also do not load our advertising tags (the Meta Pixel and, if we add it, Google's tag) in that browser, whenever your browser sends GPC or Do Not Track, or you use the opt-out control above.

Authorized agents

You may have someone submit this request for you. We will ask for reasonable proof that you authorized them, to protect your information from requests you did not make.

No penalty

We will never treat you differently for exercising this or any privacy right. The education on this site is free to everyone either way.
